I met Ben and Janelle downtown for a hot and humid engagement session. Pulling out a vintage suitcase and classic classic clothes, these two looked fabulous. Thanks for bringing your ideas and an open mind!

Enjoy :-)

Jamie and I were out at the Hope College Dimnent Chapel last Friday for the wedding of Leigh & Todd. The church is incredible! It was great to be back there again. We were met by a film crew on the campus grounds (which surprised all of us) but they were quiet on the set :-) for the wedding. Complete with a bagpiper, Parker’s Converse High tops, a Rolls Royce, the Hope College women’s soccer team (past and present) and might I add a New England Patriots Super Bowl ring we were ready to go. The reception was out at The Felt Mansion. Again, a terrific venue for a relaxed reception. Such a wonderful place to hang out and have a party! Thanks again Leigh and Todd and everyone involved who made us feel welcome.

Heading out to the Horse Stables in the Forest Hills area I knew the light was going to be perfect for Carolyn’s session. Senior Pictures with her horse Madden were first, then off to the fields (the whole time between swatting mosquitoes – thanks for the bug spray Cindy) we had great weather and a great Senior Session.

Thanks Carolyn! Enjoy these :-)

“Dusty Brown started his photography career as a commercial and advertising photographer more than 15 years ago. After discovering his love for shooting weddings, Dusty decided to make the transition to become a full-time wedding photographer. Adding Seniors and family portraits along the way was a natural progression. These days, Dusty likes to keep the amount of weddings to around 20 per year. This keeps his creativity fresh and his love for it strong. He usually photograph 50-70 Seniors each year and around 20-40 family session….including babies. Advertising photography is still a huge part of Dusty’s career doing 15-30 jobs each year. www.dustybrown.org
